2. Reservation

3. Booking process
Reservations made by the customer are made via the electronic reservation voucher accessible online on our reservation platform. 6. Consumption of the service

9. Price
The prices relating to the reservation of services are indicated before and during the reservation. Prices are confirmed to the customer in the amount including tax, in the commercial currency of the establishment, and are only valid for the duration indicated on the reservation platform. If the establishment is debited in a currency other than that confirmed on the reservation, the exchange costs are the responsibility of the customer. All reservations, regardless of their origin, are payable in the local currency of the establishment, unless special arrangements are indicated on site. Unless otherwise stated on the booking platform, additional services are not included in the price. 10. Payment

11. Security deposit and inventory
Upon arrival of the tenant, a security deposit of €500 by check or bank transfer is requested by the owner or his representative. In the event of non-payment, entry into the premises will not be accepted.

13. Convention of proof

14. Force majeure

Each party cannot be held responsible towards the other party in the event of non-performance of its obligations resulting from an event of force majeure. 16. Completeness

18. Use of the premises and main obligations of the tenant
- The accommodation is rented as a temporary and recreational residence and cannot be used as a primary or secondary residence.
- The accommodation has a maximum capacity of 4 people which cannot be exceeded under any circumstances.
- The tenant must ensure the peaceful nature of the rental and use it in accordance with the purpose of the premises. Noise, while respecting the tranquility of the neighborhood, is tolerated from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Children are the sole and complete responsibility of their parents or persons accompanying them.
- Pets or other animals are not accepted in the accommodation. In the event of non-compliance with this clause by the tenant, the owner may refuse the stay and no refund will be made.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the accommodation. An ashtray is available for outdoor use.
- The tenant cannot object to a visit to the premises, when the owner or their representative requests it for the purposes of emergency work, repairs, replacement of equipment or company quotes. The tenant must immediately inform the owner of any disaster and damage caused, even if no apparent damage results.
- Cleaning of the premises is included in the rental price. However, a sum of €80 will be withheld if the accommodation is not returned in order and in good general condition.
