1. Object

2. Reservation


The customer chooses the services presented on our reservation platform. The customer is solely responsible for his choice of services and their suitability to his needs, such that we cannot be held responsible in this regard. 3. Booking process


Reservations made by the customer are made via the electronic reservation voucher accessible online on our reservation platform. The reservation is deemed to have been made upon receipt of the reservation voucher. The customer undertakes, prior to any reservation, to complete the information requested on the voucher or reservation request. The customer certifies the veracity and accuracy of the information transmitted. 4. Acknowledgment of receipt of the reservation

6. Consumption of the service


In accordance with the regulations in force in certain countries, the customer may be asked, upon arrival, to complete a police form. Any behavior contrary to good morals and public order will lead the establishment to ask the customer to leave the establishment without any compensation and/or without any refund if payment has already been made. 7. Liability

8. Complaints

9. Price


The prices relating to the reservation of services are indicated before and during the reservation. Prices are confirmed to the customer in the amount including tax, in the commercial currency of the establishment, and are only valid for the duration indicated on the reservation platform. If the establishment is debited in a currency other than that confirmed on the reservation, the exchange costs are the responsibility of the customer. All reservations, regardless of their origin, are payable in the local currency of the establishment, unless special arrangements are indicated on site. Unless otherwise stated on the booking platform, additional services are not included in the price. Taxes (local taxes, tourist taxes, etc.) where applicable, presented on the rates page, are to be paid directly on site to the establishment. The prices take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order and any change in the rate applicable to the VAT will be automatically reflected in the prices indicated on the invoice date. Any modification or introduction of new legal or regulatory taxes imposed by the competent authorities will be automatically reflected in the prices indicated on the invoice date.


10. Payment


The customer communicates his bank details as a guarantee of the reservation except under special conditions or rates, by credit or private bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, etc. depending on the possibilities offered by the establishment's reservation platform ) by indicating directly, in the area provided for this purpose (entry secured by SSL encryption), the card number, without spaces between the numbers, as well as its validity date (it is specified that the bank card used must be valid at the time of consumption of the service) and the visual cryptogram. 11. Security deposit and inventory


Upon arrival of the tenant, a security deposit of €500 by check or bank transfer is requested by the owner or his representative. In the event of non-payment, entry into the premises will not be accepted.

It will be returned within 15 days following the return of the keys and after deduction, if applicable, of rental repairs, if no damage is noted within 24 hours following the tenants' departure.

Otherwise, the tenant will assume, in addition to the rental costs, any damage caused to the rental as well as the cost of replacing any lost, destroyed or damaged object, the cost of cleaning duvets, blankets, pillows, soiled carpets. as well as transport costs and €50 file management fees. 12. Respect for privacy

13. Convention of proof

14. Force majeure

Force majeure or fortuitous events are those usually recognized by the case law of French Courts and Tribunals. Each party cannot be held responsible towards the other party in the event of non-performance of its obligations resulting from an event of force majeure. 15. Dispute resolution

16. Completeness

17. Main obligations of the owner

- Unless there is a clear emergency, do not carry out work in the accommodation during the rental period.


18. Use of the premises and main obligations of the tenant


- The accommodation is rented as a temporary and recreational residence and cannot be used as a primary or secondary residence.

- The accommodation has a maximum capacity of 4 people which cannot be exceeded under any circumstances.

- The tenant must ensure the peaceful nature of the rental and use it in accordance with the purpose of the premises. Noise, while respecting the tranquility of the neighborhood, is tolerated from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

- Children are the sole and complete responsibility of their parents or persons accompanying them.

- Pets or other animals are not accepted in the accommodation. In the event of non-compliance with this clause by the tenant, the owner may refuse the stay and no refund will be made.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the accommodation. An ashtray is available for outdoor use.

- The tenant cannot object to a visit to the premises, when the owner or their representative requests it for the purposes of emergency work, repairs, replacement of equipment or company quotes. The tenant must immediately inform the owner of any disaster and damage caused, even if no apparent damage results.

- Cleaning of the premises is included in the rental price. However, a sum of €80 will be withheld if the accommodation is not returned in order and in good general condition.
